GeoDB Blockchain Ltd. (the “Company”, “GEODB”) respects your rights to privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
Please also use the Definitions section to understand the meaning of some of the terms used in this privacy notice.

Purpose of this privacy notice
This privacy notice aims to give you information on how we collect and process your anonymous data through your use of our application GeoCash and our website – www.geodb.com, including any data you may provide through these services when you make a contribution for a GeoDB Coin - Token (also known as GEO) (hereinafter the “Token”).
This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
It is important that you read this privacy notice together with any other privacy notice or fair processing notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. This privacy notice supplements the other notices and is not intended to override them.

4. The Data Protection Legislation
This Privacy Policy applies to the Website – www.geodb.com-, defined as all pages and sub-pages included therein, and to the mobile application linked to the Website GEOCASH, of which GEODB is also the owner (the “Application”), and GEODB does not assume any responsibility for the different privacy and personal data protection policies which may be contained on web pages that can be accessed via links located on this Website which are not directly managed by GEODB.
This policy has been set up scrupulously respecting the current regulations on the protection of personal data, that is, in particular, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, of Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (“LOPDGDD”).

The application and website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. 6. The data we collect about you
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together follows:
- No Identity Data will be collected in our app (email, physical address or phones numbers).
- Contact Data includes address, email address and telephone numbers. We will only collect your email information for contact purposes through our web and only in case you use the contact service there.
- Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website. Through our GeoCash application you will share and sell that data to the GeoDB ecosystem and receive a direct compensation. That information will be safely stored and encrypted. There will no way no one can connect that use data to your identity or contact data.
- Usage Data includes information about how you use our website or apps.
- Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
If you fail to provide personal data where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with direct reward compensation). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
Your duty to inform us of changes. It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal information changes during your working relationship with us.
How is your personal data collected? We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:
- Direct interactions. You may give us your contact as part of our registration requirements by providing such information. Our apps will never ask for your email address, physical address or phone number
- This includes personal data you provide when you: create an account, subscribe to our service or publications, request marketing to be sent to you or give us some feedback.
Automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with our application, we will automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns as well as pictures from scanned tickets. You have accepted to sell that data to the GeoDB Ecosystem in exchange of a direct reward in the form of the GEO Token. You therefore agree to transmit the ownership of your private anonymous data, which will never include contact or identity information.
You will always be able to exercise your personal user rights on top of your contact data which we store in our data bases.
7. How we use your personal contact data
We will only use your personal data in accordance with Data Protection Legislation and the Data Protection Principals. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- When we need to contact you for company or product developments.
- Where we need to perform the contract, we are about to enter into or have entered into with you. Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
Your personal contact data will be safely stored and only used for company contact communications.
8. Purposes for which we will use your anonymous data
As set in the terms of use of GeoCash and our website, registering in our service means that you are accepting the sale of your private anonymous data to the GeoDB Ecosystem where it will be stored and encrypted and made available to potential data buyers. You will receive direct compensation for your data and therefore will transmit its ownership to GeoDB.
No buyers will have access to your contact information and will in any way be able to contact you directly.
Your data is intended to be used for statistical purposes and consultancy market services.
9. Data retention
You accept the sale of your private anonymous data to our ecosystem and therefore, once done, GEODB has the capacity to decide how to use it, when to use and where to safely store it.
10. User rights
The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability and limitation of data which has not been sold by writing to the following address: London, 100 New Bridge Street. Such notice shall be duly signed and accompanied by a copy of the interested party’s ID, and marked with the reference “Privacy Policy”. Such rights may also be exercised by phone, email or fax, available in the “Contact” section of our Website and the Application.
